How can you contribute to the change and development of the company?

• Active participation in product and process definition – with an emphasis on costs, standardization, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Collaboration on technology transfer projects from parent plants.
• Setting up manufacturing data for OE products:
• Updating MBOM in the ERP system.
• Creating manufacturing procedures (TPV).
• Adjusting work instructions according to our equipment.
• Digitization of instructions in the VKS system.
• Measuring assembly times and setting time standards.
• Coordination and leadership of FMEA analyses.
• Definition of tools, workplaces, and manufacturing processes.
• Validation of manufacturing equipment from the perspective of capacity and ergonomics.
• Preparation of manufacturing documentation and operator training (including training in parent plants).
• Participation in First Article Inspection (FAI) and process audits.
• Monitoring and implementation of product/process changes (ECR).
• Participation in QRQC meetings and problem-solving using QRQC/PDCA methodology.
• Design of new manufacturing equipment and modifications of existing ones.

What do we need to know about you?

• University / high school education in a technical field
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but we also welcome a skilled graduate
• Communicative level of English, necessary knowledge of Czech language
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Independence and conscientiousness
