Job Description

The Service Delivery Lead – P2P is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations across the MEA region. The role drives operational excellence through analytics, performance assessments, and continuous improvement. The SDL ensures service delivery meets business expectations, compliance standards, and supports strategic procurement and finance goals.
Must have:
  • Manage P2P service delivery across the assigned region, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to global standards.
  • Oversee purchase requisitioning, PO creation, goods receipt, invoice processing, and payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key P2P KPIs (POT% ages, PO compliance, invoicing issues, BI dashboard development, long standing balances etc.).
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly service reviews, identify performance gaps, and drive targeted improvement plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional business, procurement, and finance stakeholders to resolve issues and align on process enhancements.
  • Ensure regional compliance with internal policies, ICFW controls, and audit requirements. Lead remediation efforts where needed.
  • Identify automation opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives in collaboration with global tech teams, GPOs and technology partners.

Job Purpose:

The Service Delivery Lead – P2P is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations across the MEA region. The role drives operational excellence through analytics, performance assessments, and continuous improvement. The SDL ensures service delivery meets business expectations, compliance standards, and supports strategic procurement and finance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

MEA Region P2P Oversight:

Manage P2P service delivery across the assigned region, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to global standards.

Operational Excellence & Governance:

Oversee purchase requisitioning, PO creation, goods receipt, invoice processing, and payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

Analytics & Reporting:

Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key P2P KPIs (POT% ages, PO compliance, invoicing issues, BI dashboard development, long standing balances etc.). Use insights to drive data-informed decisions.

Performance Assessment:

Conduct monthly/quarterly service reviews, identify performance gaps, and drive targeted improvement plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact for regional business, procurement, and finance stakeholders to resolve issues and align on process enhancements. Manage key stakeholders including market FDs

Compliance & Controls:

Ensure regional compliance with internal policies, ICFW controls, and audit requirements. Lead remediation efforts where needed.

Continuous Improvement / Project management:

Identify automation opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives in collaboration with global tech teams, GPOs and technology partners.

Skills and Competencies:

Essential

  • 7-8 years finance operations experience are preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Supervisor/Manager experience is required and a strong team player
  • Knowledge of accounting treatment and basic taxation
  • Good understanding of controls and compliance requirements
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines for AP activities
  • Strong stakeholder management

Preferred

  • MBA/ACCA/ICMA qualification.
  • SAP ERP experience is preferred.
  • Strong systems and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner, with high attention to detail.
