Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

● 0–1 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing (college projects, internships, or personal work welcome)
● Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects — you should be comfortable animating, using keyframes, and working with pre-comps
● Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro for trimming, syncing, and adding overlays
● Ability to adapt video creatives to different sizes and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), while maintaining visual balance and consistency
● Understanding of visual storytelling — able to turn simple ideas into engaging animated content
● Familiarity with platform-specific video formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. is a plus
● Organized approach — you manage clean timelines, file structures, and reusable templates

● Comfortable using Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite for asset creation
● Willingness to learn Figma and participate in collaborative design workflows
● Enthusiastic about exploring After Effects plugins, add-ons, and new animation techniques
● Open to using AI tools that enhance video production or animation workflows
● A good eye for timing, layout, pacing, and visual consistency
● Eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, take feedback well, and contribute to team projects

You will be responsible for  📲

Adapting video creatives to different sizes and aspect ratios across platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.)

Understanding platform-specific creative requirements and building scalable, reusable motion design systems

Exploring new motion styles, After Effects plugins, and AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows

Continuously pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling through impactful animation and design

Actively learning and integrating AI-powered tools into the animation and video production pipeline
