Job Description
We are looking for a Narrative Designer Team Lead to work on a free-to-play HOPA project. With your arrival, we expect to build an effective process for developing story lines for our game. The responsibilities include developing the game's lore by creating concepts, synopses, and gameplay sketches; ordering graphic content for stories; justifying the need for and writing technical specifications for new narrative tools within the game; decomposing the story into scenes, technical specifications for integration, and supervising the integration.
Must have:
- Experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities for at least 2 years.
- Ability to set game scenes using existing narrative tools.
- Management skills, the ability to organize your work, prioritize tasks and delegate.
- Knowledge and understanding of the basics of design: game design, composition, motion, interactivity.
- Understanding of the principles of f2p games, in particular, the hidden object genre.
Good to have:
- Experience working in UNITY, GIT system.
- Knowledge of Photoshop.
- Correct written Ukrainian language.

Запрошуємо до команди Narrative Designer Team Lead для роботи над free-to-play проєктом у жанрі HOPA. Ми очікуємо, що з вашим приходом ми зможемо вибудувати ефективний процес розробки сюжетних історій до нашої гри.
Ваші Задачі:
- Розвиток лору гри: створення концептів, синопсисів, геймплейних скетчів;
- Замовлення графічного контенту для історій;
- Обґрунтування необхідності та написання ТЗ на нові нарративні інструменти всередині гри;
- Декомпозиція історії на сцени, ТЗ на інтеграцію, супервізія інтеграції.
Необхідні навички та досвід:
- Досвід на позиції з аналогічними зонами відповідальності від 2х років;
- Уміння ставити ігрові сцени за допомогою існуючих наративних інструментів;
- Менеджерські навички, уміння організувати свою роботу, уміння пріоритезувати задачі та делегувати;
- Знання та розуміння основ дизайну: геймдизайн, композиція, моушн, інтерактивність;
- Розуміння принципів роботи f2p ігр, зокрема, hidden object жанру.
Буде плюсом:
- Досвід роботи в UNITY, GIT system;
- Знання Photoshop;
- Грамотна письмова українська мова.
