Position Summary
Trend Micro is expanding our reach into the consumer marketplace, bringing world-class cybersecurity solutions directly to shoppers through leading retailers. We’re seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to own, grow, and deepen our relationships with top retail partners — including Target, Walmart, Costco, Amazon and similar national and regional chains.
This role will drive our consumer go-to-market strategy, working to secure shelf space (physical and online), build strategic partnerships, and increase Trend Micro’s visibility and sales in the B2C channel.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and execute sales & marketing plans to expand Trend Micro’s consumer presence in major retail channels.
Re-engage and grow relationships with large national accounts (Target, Walmart, Costco, Amazon, etc.), negotiating listings, promotions, and co-marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to tailor consumer offerings that align with retailer needs and shopper behavior.
Develop annual account plans with revenue targets and promotional calendars.
Analyze market and retailer trends, providing actionable insights to guide product placements and strategies.
Ensure outstanding customer experience and support post-sale, acting as the primary liaison between Trend Micro and retail partners.
Qualifications:
5+ years in national retail sales, business development, or account management — ideally in consumer electronics, software, or similar categories.
Demonstrated success launching or expanding products into big box retailers, membership clubs, or large national accounts.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multi-million dollar retail programs.
Strategic thinker who’s also hands-on — comfortable building plans and then rolling up sleeves to execute.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Familiarity with sell-in & sell-through models, retail marketing, and category management.

Trend Micro, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role is USD $150,000.00 – $200,000.00. A candidate’s final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors to include, but not limited to relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
