Next-Generation Game NPC Combat Planner

Smilegate Entertainment seeks a seasoned NPC Combat Planner for their next-generation game project built using Unreal Engine 5. The role involves planning and designing NPC combat systems, including AI, motion, and cinematic direction. Collaboration with programmers and artists is crucial to ensure the planned combat mechanics are flawlessly executed and polished. Responsibilities include creating combat systems, documenting them, analyzing trends to propose innovative combat systems, and ensuring high-quality implementation. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Smilegate campus in Seongnam, South Korea. The position requires at least 3 years' experience in NPC action and AI design.
