The Office Assistant and Admin Intern will provide administrative assistance to staff and management. Responsibilities include liaising with building management for office services such as air conditioning, power, hygiene, and safety. The role also involves administering online tests, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, collecting interview feedback, distributing candidate satisfaction surveys, and maintaining recruitment records. The intern will assist in organizing and executing talent acquisition events, participating in campus recruitment and alumni engagement, and coordinating logistics for recruitment activities to ensure a positive candidate experience. General administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team is also expected.

Help organize and execute TA-related events (career fairs, open house, etc)
Participate in campus recruitment and alumni engagement initiatives
Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
