Office Assistant

We're looking for an Office Assistant who will assist the Office Manager in managing office functions, ensuring that our team has the resources and support they need to thrive!  

Your role will be to provide the office with a full range of office duties including: 

• Collaborate with HR for onboarding preparations 
• Manage relationships with key suppliers such as office maintenance and suppliers 
• Maintain and organize office documentation 
• Ensure that the office follows the ISO27001 requirements 
• Prepare meeting rooms and assist visitors 
• Collaborate with our Events Team for exciting on-site and off-site events  
• Maintaining and procuring office supplies 
• Providing overall administrative and clerical support where needed  
• Visiting our Novi Sad office a couple of times per month  
• Make sure there are drinks & snacks available for our employees and our Beer Fridays!

Requirements: 

• Organizational Skills – Ability to manage schedules, files, and office operations efficiently.

• Problem-Solving – Addressing and resolving office-related issues promptly. 
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in documentation and office processes. 
• Interpersonal Skills – Building positive relationships with staff, vendors, and external partners. 
• Strong English skills 
• Software Proficiency – Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems (e.g., Slack, Teams).
