The Associate Workspace Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of workplace services and assisting in creating a positive and productive environment for employees. This role focuses on maintaining office spaces, coordinating office services, and coordinating events and engagement activities. The responsibilities include maintaining and organizing office spaces, coordinating workplace services, supporting workplace events, supporting the onboarding and offboarding process, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies within the workplace. The Specialist also analyzes employee feedback to implement improvements. The role requires advanced organizational and interpersonal skills.
Must have:
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in workplace management or facilities
  • Work at our office based in Mexico City (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
  • Advanced organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Experience with MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The Associate Workspace Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of workplace services and assisting in creating a positive and productive environment for employees. This role focuses on maintaining office spaces, coordinating office services, and coordinating events and engagement activities. Helps ensure that the office environment is well-organized, functional, and aligned with employee needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Maintaining and organizing office spaces, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and availability of resources for employees

  • Help coordinate workplace services, including the setup of meeting rooms, office equipment, and common areas

  • Support workplace events and employee activities, including helping with logistics, setup, and coordination

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including workspace setup and coordination

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies within the workplace

  • Collect and analyze employee feedback on workspace satisfaction and help implement improvements based on feedback
