We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to be the primary point of contact and operational backbone of our Dubai office. This role involves welcoming visitors, managing calls, handling mail and deliveries, and undertaking various administrative tasks. The Office Manager will also be responsible for coordinating office supplies, facilities, and working with external contractors. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, distributing mail, assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling, managing office supplies, providing support to employees, organizing cleaning schedules, and collaborating with external services. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Must Have:- Prior experience in a similar role
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent organizational skills
