We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Mobility Manager to oversee the relocation processes for our employees. This candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of global employee relocations, including coordinating with immigration lawyers, supporting employees throughout their relocation journey, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and a deep understanding of relocation logistics, immigration processes, and conditions for obtaining visas such as Schengen, Asian, and U.S. visas.
Good To Have:- Experience working in a global organisation with international relocations
- Previous experience working in an organisation focused on Global Employee relocation
- Experience with project management software
Must Have:- Leading the entire relocation process for employees moving to new locations
- Provide comprehensive support in obtaining business and work visas for employees and their families
- Collaborate with finance, legal, operations departments to ensure all aspects of the relocation process are covered
- Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees
- Ensure that all employee relocation paperwork is completed accurately and complies with legal and internal policies
- Searching for contractors such as lawyers, consultants, visa contractors
- Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate the logistics of relocation
- Continuously improve the relocation process
- Manage relocation budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions
