The role involves identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and improving product usage experiences. The specialist will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis, acting as a key contact point between the OpEx team and stakeholders, developing solutions with the operations team, leading process re-engineering initiatives, addressing potential issues, fostering agile corporations, and managing projects related to operational process improvements. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing operation support readiness including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
