The Operations Finance Manager functions as a business partner with Operation Leaders to effectively manage and control manufacturing operations. Provides operation with decision support for growth initiatives and strategic planning. Leads the financial staff and be accountable for manufacturing including, review labor reporting and cost, material costs, manufacturing overhead, distribution cost, returns and inventory levels.

Education and Experience Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required. MBA, CPA, CMA desirable.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Affiliations with successful global manufacturing companies. Experience with Standard Costing practices
A minimum of five (5) years of experience ideally gained through providing decision support for growth initiatives, strategic planning, and capital investments within a global manufacturing operation.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements to senior management.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing or supporting product costing activities within a global manufacturing operation.
Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with a high proficiency in financial modeling techniques.
Strong time management skills are necessary with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently.
Microsoft Office experience preferred, including advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems and demonstrated ability to manage systems applications.
Experience with SAP preferred.

Salary range for this position is: $123,000 to $181,000 annually.
The base pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, business considerations, and local market conditions, as well as candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, and skills
