The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations, strong financial skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and effective communication. A passion for AI and creative tools is a plus. Your work will directly contribute to Krea's operational efficiency and its mission to empower human creativity with AI tools.

We're seeking a proactive and organized individual to oversee and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all facets of our organization.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to maintain efficiency and productivity.

  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting, to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.

  • Handle logistical aspects of office management, such as securing and maintaining office spaces, overseeing facility operations, and ensuring a conducive work environment.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including those related to GPU resources, to optimize costs and service quality.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to standardize processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event planning and execution, ensuring operational requirements are met.

  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, addressing any issues proactively.

Example tacit skills we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in operations, preferably within the tech or creative industries.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense management.

  • Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in managing vendor contracts and service agreements.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

  • Passion for AI and creative tools is a plus!
