Job Description

The Order Operations Specialist in Hong Kong is a crucial member of the Global Order Operations team. This back-end role focuses on managing all operational aspects of vehicle fleets and orders. Responsibilities include processing and validating orders, managing accounts and configurations, handling invoicing and trade-ins, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other internal systems. The role requires strong communication with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Service, etc.), coordinating with IT and Finance, resolving data and invoicing issues, and collaborating with regional colleagues to maintain process consistency. Problem-solving, system troubleshooting, and process improvement are key aspects of this position. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years operational experience

What to Expect

The Hong Kong-based Order Operations Specialist is a member of the Global Order Operations team, and participates in order management, compliance, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. This is a back-end operations role and is not customer facing.

What You’ll Do

Performs daily administration on all operational aspects related to vehicle fleet and orders, including but not limited to processing and validations of orders, accounts, configurations, invoicing, trade ins and preparing reports
Ensures compliance to all company and regulatory policies related to the order management process
Manages communication and responds to order-related requests from Sales, Delivery, Service and other departments throughout the organization
Keeps accurate records and information, ensuring data integrity in CRM and other internal systems that support sales and delivery, production and financial management
Coordinates with IT, Finance and the field teams to ensure orders and data are accurately captured in all downstream systems. Resolves any issues involving data, invoicing and pricing as needed
Keeps up to date with regional Order Ops colleagues with similar functional specialties, to help enforce consistency of process across regions
Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions. Troubleshoots and articulates specific ideas on how to further refine systems or processes.
Participates in special projects as needed
