Job Description
This role, Overseas Game Cooperation Management, involves overseeing IP projects, primarily focusing on Japanese IPs. Responsibilities include managing collaborations between the development team and IP holders, optimizing workflows for efficiency, and allocating/tracking tasks within the supervision team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IP project cooperation, fluency in Japanese and Chinese, deep understanding of mobile game development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. This position requires on-site work in Tokyo, Japan.

What the Role Entails
岗位职责：
1、负责对日IP项目的监修管理，根据版本内容目标，协调研发团队与IP方的合作；
2、负责优化监修合作工作流程，效能提升；
3、负责监修团队的任务内部分配和跟进处理工作。
Who We Look For
岗位要求：
1、5年以上IP项目合作经验，掌握至少中文和日文两种语言，深度了解手游开发流程；
2、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
3、具有较强的风险意识，能够识别项目风险，并做好风险应对；
4、具备良好的抗压能力，能够应对各类事务；
5、需要在日本办公。
