Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

GoFundMe is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end recruiting operations and help us bring amazing talent into our mission-driven organization.

Candidates considered for this role must be located in Buenos Aires. This is a part-time, temporary position with the possibility of extension.

The job

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Manage communication with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and feedback
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Post job openings on job boards, the company careers page, and social media channels
• Assist with drafting and updating job descriptions
• Support the recruiting team with projects such as employer branding, recruiting metrics tracking, sourcing and process improvements
• Help organize recruiting events, job fairs, and career days
• Act as a point of contact for candidate inquiries to ensure a positive experience
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the recruiting team
  
  

You

• 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role (internships included)
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
• Experience with ATS software is a plus (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
