Job Description

The Partner Communications Manager will work with the Client's Partner Communications team to facilitate the delivery of all partner marketing campaigns. This is a 3-month contract role starting in September 2025. Responsibilities include validating and collating partner marketing materials, supporting review sessions, monitoring timelines, documenting feedback, creating mockups for social and digital, ensuring timely asset hand-off, executing comms/events, compiling NPI reports, assisting with filing reports, and compiling campaign learnings. The role also involves client management, ensuring the line manager is aware of issues and keeping the client informed.
Must have:
  • Validate and collate partner marketing materials for Client review and final sign-off
  • Support Client in setting up review sessions with partners
  • Monitor timelines and ensure feedback rounds and launch timelines are met
  • Document all feedback rounds and file them in appropriate Box folders
  • Create mockups as per comms and event guidelines for Client’s Worldwide team review
  • Build social and digital mockups with basic keynote and design guidance
  • Ensure all assets are handed off on time
  • Execute comms or events as needed per Client’s brief
  • Create mockups for Client’s Worldwide review to facilitate speed to market
  • Comfortable with web development and able to read HTML and Javascript
  • Collate and maintain up-to-date NPI reports for Client’s review
  • Assist with filing all reports within Box folders for future reference
  • Assist with compiling learnings from campaigns for Client to share with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure Hogarth line manager is aware of client issues and proposed solutions
  • Keep Client informed with timely updates on project delivery impact

Job Details

The Partner Communications Manager will work with the Client's Partner Communications team to facilitate the delivery of all partner marketing campaigns. This is a 3 months contract role starting in September 2025.

Responsibility of this role covers the following :

Comms review

  • Validate and collate partner marketing materials for Client to review and for final sign-off
  • Support the Client in setting up review sessions with partners.
  • Monitor timelines set by Client and ensure all feedback rounds and launch timelines are met as per Client’s requirements.
  • Document all rounds of feedback and ensure these are filed in the appropriate Box folders set by Client

Comms execution/production

  • Create mockups as per comms and event guidelines provided by Client for Client’s Worldwide team review and approval
  • Build mockups (social and digital): Basic keynote and design guidance experience.
  • Ensure all assets are handed off on time
  • Execute comms or events as and when needed as per Client’s brief
  • Create mockups for Client’s Worldwide review to facilitate speed to market
  • Comfortable with web development and able to read HTML and Javascript

Reporting

  • Collate and maintain up-to-date NPI reports for Client’s review
  • Assist with filing all reports within Box folders set up by Client for future reference
  • Assist with compiling learnings from campaigns for Client to share with internal stakeholders

Client Management

  • Ensure that the Hogarth line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation
  • Keep Client informed with timely updates, and of any circumstances which may have an impact on project delivery

Experience required

  • Degree or diploma and a minimum of 5 years solid agency experience preferred, with project management experience
  • Experience managing and working with multiple partners and vendors on projects
  • Event management and execution will be a bonus and good-to-have
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel and Numbers. Demonstration of past experience in managing complex spreadsheets Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential
  • A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
  • The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight time frames.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platform i.e. Shopify
