NiCE is seeking a seasoned Partner Executive to own and scale partnerships in the Central and Latin America (CALA) Region. This role is crucial for NICE's regional strategy and involves building and executing joint go-to-market plans. Responsibilities include driving partner marketing, expanding sales, enabling partners, managing existing opportunities through the sales cycle, and coordinating with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering to ensure partner growth and success.
Must have:
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience
  • 5 years partner experience
  • Proven track record driving revenue through partnerships
  • Strong operational discipline
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Software sales experience, preferably with partners
Good to have:
  • Build and operationalize GTM plans for focus partners in CALA
  • Oversee opportunity generation and registration
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle with partners
  • Support partner lifecycle (recruitment, enablement, etc.)
  • Cross-functional coordination

So, what’s the role all about? 

We are seeking a seasoned  Partner Executive teammateto own and scale our partnerships in Central and Latin America (CALA Region) This role is critical to NICE strategy in the region and will be responsible for building and executing the joint go-to-market (GTM) plan in the region. You will lead all aspects of the partnership to grow pipeline, drive partner marketing, expand sales, and enable partners throughout the region. 

How will you make an impact?    

  • Partner Strategy: Build and operationalize a comprehensive go-to-market plan for NICE’s focus partners in Central and Latin America, plan will include demand generation, marketing events and campaigns, and executive alignment.  
  • Joint Pipeline Execution: Oversee opportunity generation and registration following NICE and Partner defined Rules of Engagement.  
  • Partner Sales: Manage existing opportunities through end-to-end sales cycle working closely with partner(s), client and NICE sales team to ensure high win percentage.  
  • Lifecyle Management: Support partner lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, enablement, GTM strategy, and success. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering to ensure partner growth and success. 

Have you got what it takes? 

  • Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, with 5 years working with partners. 
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships 
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) 
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and executive communication skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese. 
  • Software Sales experience preferably with Partners
