Insider, a B2B SaaS company specializing in AI-native Customer Experience and Marketing, is seeking a Partnership Director to support its US operations. The role involves acquiring, developing, and growing the Insider Partner Network with digital agencies and consultancies. The Partnership Director will manage day-to-day relationships with strategic alliance partners, focusing on driving sales and building their digital optimization practices. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, advertising technology, digital agencies, consultancies, and channel ecosystems, with a passion for partner success. The candidate will work with global offices to enhance partnership practices, create go-to-market plans, manage pipelines, generate leads, and negotiate partnership terms. Collaboration with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success is crucial for growing channels and ensuring partner adoption of the Insider platform.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner/agency development and management

We are seeking to hire a Partnership Director. The person, who takes this position, will be supporting our US team across the USA .

The Partnership Director acquires, develops and grows Insider Partner Network with world-class digital agencies and consultancies.  This role will manage the day-to-day relationship between Insider and its strategic alliance partners and will focus on driving alliance partner sales and building the alliance partners' digital optimization practice. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, digital agencies and consultancies, and channel ecosystems, and are passionate about helping partners achieve success.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with partner/agency development and management
  • Previous leadership experience working with digital agencies, consultancies and system integrators
  • High-level of business acumen
  • Fluent in SaaS business models
  • Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers
  • Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
  • Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team.

Job Description:

  • Work with Insider global offices to continually improve their partnership practice, grow their portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
  • Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider global offices and for the Insider Partner Network.
  • Support Partnership Manager for partner onboarding process and update them about partnership processes of global offices.
  • Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion of Insider to the partners end clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to grow Channels for Insider: Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success Team.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and present Insider Partner Programme.
  • Become an expert on the Insider platform, optimization best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product road map and company vision.
  • Set weekly/monthly meetings with all global offices, get updates, satisfy needs, manage and encourage them for deployment of Insider Partner Programme.
