KICK is seeking a Spanish speaking Partnerships Lead to manage its LATAM and Spanish speaking regions. The role involves identifying and onboarding new streaming talent, building strong partner relationships, and helping streamers achieve their goals to grow their Spanish speaking audience. You will also work with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to innovate and expand the platform. The position is based in Melbourne, Australia, and requires fluency in both Spanish and English. The company is a rapidly growing streaming platform built by gamers for gamers, with a large user base and significant watch hours.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of strategic account management or client relations
  • Project management experience
  • Account management experience
  • Knowledgeable about the streaming industry

Your Role with Us:

As an integral part of KICK’s growth, this role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new streaming talent within our LATAM and Spanish speaking regions. You will build strong partner relationships with these streamers, and help them achieve their streaming goals aimed at growing their Spanish speaking audience. You will work with various inhouse teams to develop and execute strategies that help us continue to innovate and expand our platform while shaping the future for KICK content.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000

What you will do:

  • Be the primary contact for Spanish speaking Streaming Partners for all areas (programming, marketing, finance) to manage activities such as content promotions, new user acquisition opportunities, partner payments, and reporting.
  • Implement partner hand-off, once a deal has been completed and work with the partner to build an account plan to support each party’s commitments under the agreement.
  • Manage onboarding of new channel partners for our LATAM market and Spanish speaking audience; including channel set-up, content ingestion and publishing process, teaching partners how to use the dashboard and related CMS features
  • Surface sponsorships opportunities to partner by working with Ad Sales teams.
  • Log and track partner account status within KICK’s backend, regularly report metrics against established goals for each partnership
  • Identify and build strategic growth strategies for newly onboarded partners.
  • Work with Product teams to identify new products (i.e. Extensions, Co-streaming with KICK influencers) that add value and audience to the partners’ content on KICK

What you will bring:

Essential experience

  • 3-5 years experience of strategic account management or other relevant client relations
  • Project management and prior account management experience
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the streaming industry and its operations
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, verbally and written (please note: you must have full Australian working rights)

Essential qualities or behaviours

  • Experience in the digital video or entertainment industry
  • Deep knowledge of the UGC creator ecosystem
  • Sports, gambling and cryptocurrency knowledge advantageous
  • Experience with Discord
