Job Description
Dream Games seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage all payroll processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Responsibilities include preparing monthly payroll files, reviewing reports from the payroll service provider, managing private health insurance, maintaining personnel files, conducting wage and benefit research, preparing reports, ensuring legal compliance (Turkish payroll legislation, Employment Tax, Social Security), and monitoring occupational health and safety. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of payroll experience, knowledge of Turkish payroll laws, excellent English communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for games. The role requires effective handling of multiple tasks and strong teamwork skills.

Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you control all payroll processes to ensure completeness and accuracy. You also work closely with multiple departments to deliver all payroll-related matters and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Preparing the monthly payroll file for transactions
- Reviewing payroll reports prepared by the payroll service provider
- Managing private health insurance policy processes
- Maintaining completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of personnel files
- Conducting regular and comprehensive research on wages and fringe benefits
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
- Having knowledge of legal requirements and ensuring that processes comply with legislation
- Monitoring and coordinating occupational health and safety processes in collaboration with the contracted firm
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the payroll process
- Possessing knowledge of Turkey's payroll legislation, Employment Tax, and Social Security Boundaries
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple deliverables and high-priority tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Passion and interest in games
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
