As a People Analytics Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our People Analytics initiatives, helping to gather, organize and analyze HR data. You will work directly with our People teams to support reporting needs, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights that help drive business decisions.   • Help monitor metrics and KPIs, providing preliminary analysis for decision-making.
  • Support the documentation of processes, workflows and data dictionaries.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc data requests and reporting projects from internal stakeholders.

We're looking for a talented and passionate People Analytics Intern to join our People team!

As a People Analytics Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our People Analytics initiatives, helping to gather, organize and analyze HR data. You will work directly with our People teams to support reporting needs, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights that help drive business decisions.

What you'll do

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of recurring People reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with teams to collect, validate, clean and organize data.
  • Assist in ensuring data quality and accuracy across different HR systems and sources.
  • Help monitor metrics and KPIs, providing preliminary analysis for decision-making.
  • Support the documentation of processes, workflows and data dictionaries.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc data requests and reporting projects from internal stakeholders.

What you'll need

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistic or related areas.
  • Expected to graduate in between June/2026 and December/2027.
  • Availability to work at least once a week in our office in São Paulo.
  • Strong interest in HR, data analysis and people operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience or familiarity with data cleaning and transformation tools (e.g., Excel Power Query, Python, R, Google BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Interest in HRIS or Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis techniques.
