Insider is seeking a People and Culture / Global Tech Recruiter to drive technical hiring strategy and manage the full recruiting cycle for technical roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing technical talent, partnering with engineering leaders, analyzing recruiting metrics, and championing the employer brand in tech communities. The company is a B2B SaaS unicorn in the Customer Experience and Marketing sector, backed by top investors, and recognized for its growth and social responsibility initiatives. The recruiter will be part of a passionate team across 27+ countries, focusing on making an impact and improving hiring practices.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience

As a Recruiter in Insider day in and day out you;

    • Drive our technical hiring strategy and help us cross borders to bring in world-class engineers, data scientists, and product talent.
    • Own and coordinate the full recruiting cycle for all technical roles—optimising quality of hire, time to hire, and cost to hire. We get better every single day.
    • Source, screen, and interview technical talent while showcasing Insider’s culture and creating a standout candidate journey.
    • Guide candidates through every step of the process, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited.
    • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders to refine role requirements and improve hiring practices—we build this community together.
    • Analyse recruiting metrics to spot trends and continuously sharpen our sourcing tactics.
    • Champion our employer brand in tech circles—think meet-ups, hackathons, open-source communities, and university events.
    • Jump into cross-functional HR projects whenever you see an opportunity—because “better” has no finish line.

    • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
    • Bring 3+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency) hiring software engineers, DevOps, data, or product specialists.
    • Have a genuine passion for technology and understand the basics of modern tech stacks, software development life cycles, and engineering culture.
    • Know how to hunt talent across GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and niche communities, not just job boards.
    • Are a confident, vibrant go-getter who thrives in the possible.
    • Can navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving, startup-style environment and still set the bar higher tomorrow.
    • Communicate effortlessly with people from different backgrounds, cultures, and disciplines—excellent English is a must.
    • Combine empathy with data-driven thinking, influencing decisions through clear, persuasive storytelling.
    • Juggle multiple priorities with strong organisation skills and a cool head.
