Job Description

This role involves providing general HR services, including employee relations, recruitment, documentation, and performance management. The individual will be the initial point of contact for new hires, ensuring a beneficial and enjoyable orientation process. Responsibilities include supporting the establishment of ethical standards and company culture, enhancing employee engagement through internal events, and creating content for an employee advocacy program. Additionally, the role encompasses designing and implementing performance management systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in fostering a delightful work environment. They should also be comfortable taking on responsibilities in team settings.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Provide a generalist HR service; including employee relations, recruitment documentations and reports, development and performance management.
  • Be the first friendly face to every new hire and make the orientation process as beneficial and fun as it can be.
  • Support the course of setting standards for ethics, values and culture of the company; enhance employee engagement by organizing internal company events; research, write, and edit a wide range of content for building employee advocacy program.
  • Design and implement performance management to help employees and teams to understand the goals of the organization and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the business.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in any department of social sciences.
  • Ability to work efficiently with MS Office Programs.
  • Comfortable with communicating in English.
  • People person with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and self-starter mindset.
  • Have keen interest in constantly finding new ideas to keep the work environment delighted.
  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves and take responsibilities during team works.
  • Great knowledge of humor, how to make people smile and to have fun!

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience in employer branding, employee experience, performance management or any other human resources fields.
  • Relative knowledge of the gaming industry.
