Gybe Games is a young, fast-growing and passionate gaming company with its extremely talented people. Our mission is to combine knowledge, creativity and fun in a collaborative environment. Our team builds mobile games, from innovative and fun hyper-casuals to groundbreaking casual games.

Everything we created is driven by our love for games and by the inspiration we get from each other. We never hesitate to add a dash of fun and laughter to every work we do, since we know that anything done with passion and joy is dedicated to success. What You Will Be Responsible For

• Come up with innovative and exciting hyper casual game ideas, leveraging Gybe’s accumulated knowledge and data.
• Manage the development cycle of games from ideation phase to release.
• Continuously optimize and come up with proposals to improve Gybe Games’ processes and workflows.

Who You Are

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong interest in games and user experience.
• Expertise in strategy and execution.
• 3+ experience in startups, gaming, tech, consulting or such demanding high pace environments.

Nice to Haves

• Relative knowledge of the gaming industry.
