The People & Culture Generalist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves coordinating P&C processes, assisting with onboarding, partnering with vendors for employee benefits, providing support in internal policies, maintaining labor postings, assisting with payroll management, and contributing to various P&C projects. The Generalist will play a crucial role in the employee life cycle and contribute to the overall team's success.
Must have:
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR Coordinator experience.
Good to have:
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently with attention to detail.

People & Culture Generalist 

SmartBear is seeking a People & Culture Generalist for a temporary assignment to join our dynamic team. The Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is based in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you will be instrumental in: 

  • Coordinating P&C processes for our global team, from background checks to the exit process, ensuring seamless administrative support.
  • Assisting with the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for our talented newcomers.
  • Partnering with various vendors in support of employee pay, perks, and benefits
  • Providing support in the development of internal policies and procedures related to our global employees.
  • Maintaining and updating required labor postings and displays; responding to verification requests, such as employment and unemployment verification from government agencies and other entities.
  • Assisting with payroll management and contributing to overall team success.
  • Contributing to the development of a variety of projects and initiatives to include: P&C data audits, new hire orientation, new program development and implementation, etc.
