Arkadium is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to support their People Innovation team in Lisbon. This 6-month internship, through IEFP, offers hands-on experience in office operations, employee experience, and administrative coordination within a dynamic, global company. Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, coordinating team lunches and events, supporting employee onboarding, assisting with administrative tasks like invoice processing and timesheet tracking, and collaborating with the team to enhance employee experience.

About the Role 

Arkadium is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to support our People Innovation team in Lisbon. The internship will last 6 months and will be through IEFP.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office operations, employee experience, and administrative coordination within a dynamic, global company. 

What You’ll Do 

 You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Lisbon office by supporting the following areas:

  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, snacks, and coffee inventory; 
  • Coordinate team lunches, internal celebrations, and office events; 
  • Support employee onboarding and coordinate swag orders and special deliveries for team milestones; 
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to visitors by assisting with travel arrangements, accommodations, and personalized local itineraries; 
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice processing, timesheet tracking, and support for payroll and benefits administration; 
  • Collaborate with the People Innovation team to enhance employee experience and support recognition initiatives;
