Job Description

DevRev is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate with 2–3 years of HR Ops experience to join their People Ops team. This role involves supporting global HR processes, ensuring compliance, managing employee data, and driving a seamless employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Business Leaders, contributing to HR process automation and employee experience initiatives.
Must Have:
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
  • Maintain HRIS records with 100% accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in line with local labor laws
  • Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, background checks, employee records
  • Partner with Finance & Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, leaves, and benefits
  • Drive HR process automation and contribute ideas to enhance employee experience
  • Support People & Culture initiatives such as engagement activities, rewards, and recognition
  • Generate HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, and employee data trends
  • Provide insights to HRBPs and leadership for decision-making
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, HRIS, payroll support, compliance)
  • Familiarity with HR tech tools (HRIS, ticketing systems, Google Workspace, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate with 2–3 years of HR Ops experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support global HR processes, ensure compliance, manage employee data, and drive a seamless employee lifecycle experience (onboarding → offboarding). You will collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Business Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and leavers.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
