Job Description

This role involves supporting the People Partner team with key projects and day-to-day operations, improving HR processes, tracking team goals, organizing project updates, reviewing policies for clarity, and conducting external benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with tools like Microsoft Sheets and Docs and basic project trackers, possess organizational and communication skills, and be detail-oriented and eager to learn about setting HR processes.
