Job Description

Sorare seeks a driven People & Talent Partner to contribute significantly to HR projects, employee experience, and talent acquisition. Responsibilities include optimizing HR practices, designing and implementing people projects, improving policies and processes, driving engagement, and supporting the employee lifecycle (performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement surveys). The role also involves performance management, conflict resolution, managing onboarding/offboarding, and contributing to talent acquisition (full-cycle recruitment). Cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, People Partners, and the Workplace Manager is expected. While the focus is on HR projects and partnering, talent acquisition will be a smaller component. The position requires strong communication, project management, and tech skills, including proficiency with various HR platforms.
Must have:
  • 3+ years in HR with Talent Acquisition and People Partnering experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and other HR platforms
  • Fluency in English and French

Please note that Sorare is a hybrid work company; employees are required to be in office 3 days a week. 

Missions

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic People & Talent Partner to play a key role in  HR Projects,  Employee Experience, and Talent Acquisition. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow and make an impact across multiple HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.

  • Employee Experience: Shape and enhance the employee journey by optimizing HR practices, designing and implementing key People projects, improving policies and processes, and driving engagement. This could include creating People content (explainers, guidelines, policies, etc), helping to develop training programs for managers, and contributing to a talent retention program. 

  • People Partnering : Support  the effective deployment and monitoring of the employee cycle (Performance Reviews, Comp Reviews, Engagement Surveys, etc). Serve as a key point of contract for employees, performance management, conflict resolution; build strong, trust-based relationships with employees and managers to support them throughout their journey. 

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Support cross-functional projects and topics led by  People Ops, People Partners, and Workplace manager, such as managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, compliance reviews, or team events.

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment, from role definition to offer, by partnering with hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and using data insights to continuously improve processes. Enhance our employer brand, authentically representing our culture and values in all candidate interactions and drive diversity and inclusion.

While this role is primarily focused on HR projects and people partnering, talent acquisition will be a smaller component of the position. 


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in HR, with a foundation in Talent Acquisition and People Partnering and exposure to broader HR initiatives. Experience in a tech company. 

  • Project Management: Proven ability to contribute to or lead HR-related projects, balancing attention to detail with strategic, business-friendly thinking. Ability to build simple processes that work for all stakeholders. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like ATS (e.g., Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, WTTJ, Notion and other HR platforms.

  • Fluency in English and French is required.
