The People Transformation Lead will lead strategically critical organisational design and workforce change management workstreams within a fast-paced media environment, ensuring initiatives are rooted in a consumer-first mindset and aligned to a high-performance culture.
This role works at the intersection of creativity and operational excellence, enabling people-centric, transformational change across broadcast, digital, and content production functions.
Through close collaboration with People & Culture teams, a Transformation Management Office, and business leaders, the role will co-design consistent and strategic delivery practices to evolve the organisation’s culture, structure, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the execution of people transformation programs that align with high-performance and consumer-first principles.
Partner with Workstream Leads (TMO) and Senior leaders across media, production, and commercial teams to facilitate transformational workforce change.
Create effective and collaborative relationships with People Business Partners to ensure org designs and change management plans are grounded in practicality, meeting the business where it’s at.
Lead and onboard P&C transformation resources, including matrix reports, to deliver aligned and consistent outcomes.
Design and implement Organisation Design and Change Playbooks tailored to the dynamic needs of the media industry.
Monitor progress across people workstreams, escalate critical dependencies (e.g., org structure sign-off), and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Facilitate leadership engagement and communications to build momentum and adoption of key initiatives.
Success Measures
Effective delivery of people transformation milestones within agreed timelines.
Positive business and employee feedback around design workshops, change experience and engagement.
Playbooks embedded across media business units and adopted as part of BAU practice.
Improved culture and high-performance indicators as measured through internal feedback tools.
What You'll Bring:
Extensive experience in transformation, change management, or HR leadership roles — while not essential, let us know about your experience within media, entertainment, or creative industries.
Deep expertise in organisational design, people change, cultural uplift, and workforce transformation.
Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders in a creative or fast-moving environment.
Experience working in matrix environments and coordinating across multiple business units and production teams.
Hands-on experience in building and applying transformation toolkits and playbooks.
Ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic, outcomes-focused delivery.
Desirable Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Media Management, or related field.
SysCAP, Prosci, Agile, and/or similar change/project management certifications.
Familiarity with the dynamics of broadcast, digital content production, and talent-led organisations.
