Job Description:

As a Performance Creative Associate for Sleeper, you will be responsible for crafting eye-catching, edgy, and entertaining video content that promotes our app and engages our target audience. You’ll leverage the latest trends, memes, and challenges on TikTok to create campaigns that captivate sports fans and elevate the Sleeper brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and produce original TikTok videos that highlight the unique features of the Sleeper app, including fantasy sports, real-time updates, and community interactions.

• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of TikTok trends and identify opportunities to create timely content that aligns with popular challenges, sounds, and hashtags.

• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute edgy marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and app downloads.

• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community around the Sleeper brand.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of your content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on engagement metrics.

• Collaboration: Work closely with influencers, athletes, and content creators to amplify campaigns and broaden reach.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok.

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in an entertaining manner.

• Ability to edit the content that you produce

• Passion for sports and familiarity with fantasy sports is strongly preferred.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
