The PHS & Dcomm Trainee supports the implementation of digital commerce and pharmacy sales strategies. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, improving customer experience in these channels, and proposing process enhancements to strengthen client relationships. Key tasks include monitoring performance, analyzing sales data, managing product launches, and ensuring digital content quality.
Must have:
  • Monitor key monthly performance figures with main clients.
  • Analyze Sell In and Sell Out to identify market opportunities and generate insights.
  • Follow up on product launch projects and point-of-sale investment activities.
  • Product cataloging on digital portals.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and customer orders.
  • Ensure digital content for Haleon's portfolio.
  • Performance analysis in digital channels.
Good to have:
  • Experience as an intern in sales or related areas in pharma or consumer companies.

Job Details

The PHS & Dcomm Trainee is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of digital commerce and pharmacy sales strategies, as well as working on identifying growth and improvement opportunities in customer experience in these channels, proposing process improvements to strengthen relationships with our clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor key monthly performance figures with main clients.
  • Analyze Sell In and Sell Out to identify market opportunities and generate insights.
  • Follow up on product launch projects and point-of-sale investment activities.
  • Product cataloging on digital portals.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and customer orders.
  • Ensure digital content for Haleon's portfolio.
  • Performance analysis in digital channels.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering or careers related to Business Intelligence.
  • Desirable experience as an intern in sales or related areas in pharma or consumer companies.
  • Intermediate - advanced Excel: handling pivot tables, databases, etc.
  • Analytical and effective communication skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Availability to work full-time in a hybrid scheme.
