Job Description
As an I-Gaming Pitboss Lead, you will be responsible to oversee live game operations and ensuring a Pitboss team is complying are meeting the company’s standards as well making sure Live Dealers and Shuffler in a streaming environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to adhere to the multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Delaware regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.
- To cooperate and provide direct assistance to the Site Manager in everyday tasks.
- To organize and control the operations facility during the shift.
- To monitor and identify disruptions of the operations department, technical problems, and immediately act in accordance with set company policies and procedures.
- To ensure compliance with the rules and procedures related to the operations facilities and implement newly introduced rules and procedures.
- To monitor and ensure that dealers and shufflers, and players are not involved in dishonest activity.
- To have excellent knowledge of all games provided by the company and be able to apply and explain the strategies and rules applied in those games.
- To initiate, lead, and oversee communication and conflict resolutions within the competence of the held position and provide answers to licensees and their players, including handling complaints and claims, according to the company’s procedures.
- To act professionally to maintain an orderly and positive work atmosphere in the facility.
- To represent the management of the company and their interests, considering confidentiality and diplomacy.
- To take to initiative for improvements of the operations and deliver general feedback from the operations staff, the players, and the licensees.
- To take screenshots and all necessary actions according to the company procedures, and to prepare mistake reports in case of dealer and/or shuffler has made a mistake.
- To immediately correct mistakes made by dealers and shufflers according to the company’s procedures.
- To make reports and send them to management in case of internal mistakes (not related to the licensees).
- To immediately report to the management of any significant or special incident that requires attention.
- To cooperate and consult with “Playtech” (the group companies) to test the performance of programs and applications to ensure proper functioning for new and existing online gaming successful operation.
- To be responsible for Pitboss team performance.
- To inform “Playtech” or prepare reports about the operation process of the company or about games per request, according to set rules within the competence of the held position.
- To collect information and make reports in accordance with management's instructions.
- To replace an absent colleague within the competence of the held position as requested by the management.
- Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
- To carry out any additional duties within the competence of the held position as instructed by management.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- At least one (1) year of management-related experience.
- At least one (1) year of gaming-related experience.
- At least one (1) year of Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Good cooperation skills and able to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations.
- Maintain a professional and clear communication with peers.
- Be able to operate Office equipment (printers, copiers, phones, etc.).
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
- Punctuality and precision.
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule, as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $63,000 Annually
- Bonus: Annual performance bonus
- Vacation Days: 12 days
- Sick Time: 5 days
