Scopely is looking for a Platform Account Engineer to join our IT team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do
The Platform Accounts Engineer will manage and maintain all user accounts on our various partner platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the development and IT teams to ensure a seamless experience, both during normal operations and during integrations. Additionally, the candidate will handle the Apple App Store and Google Play accounts and their certificates and app transfers.
Manage and maintain all user accounts on our various partner platforms (Apple, Google, Steam, Nintendo, Okta, etc.)
Develop and implement processes for creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts on various cloud vendors
Provide support to users who encounter issues with their accounts.
Collaborate with IT to resolve user account-related issues.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure that user accounts are secure.
Manage Apple App Store and Google Play accounts and certificates.
Work with the development team to ensure that our mobile apps are accurately signed and deployed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest updates to the Apple App Store and Google Play policies, and communicate relevant updates to the game teams if needed.
Ensure that all Scopely apps on the Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, etc., are up-to-date and in compliance with policies.
Troubleshoot issues related to app deployment and signing.
Manage app transfers between accounts on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Ensure accurate implementation and detailed documentation of all app transfers.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with user account management tools and systems.
Strong understanding of security best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal English communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Experience managing Apple App Store and Google Play accounts and certificates.
Experience managing app transfers on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Willingness to learn and integrate new products and platforms
