Estimated annual salary: 4.66 million JPY to 9.91 million JPY. Wage form: Monthly salary system (including deemed fixed overtime pay)
- Monthly amount: 333,334 JPY to 708,334 JPY
- Basic salary: 246,596 JPY to 524,059 JPY
- Deemed fixed overtime allowance: 86,738 JPY to 184,275 JPY
- Bonus: Twice a year
- Overtime wages exceeding the deemed fixed overtime allowance will be paid additionally.
- Bonuses are performance-linked.
