Job Description

The job involves building collaborative relationships and developing medium and long-term marketing strategies with key brand partners to align with Trendyol GO's growth and profitability objectives. Responsibilities include leading the development of brand campaign and marketing strategies, monitoring brand accounts' performance, contributing to growth and profitability strategies, leveraging data analysis for performance monitoring and identifying growth opportunities, measuring the success of new product features, planning data-driven strategies for customer satisfaction, collaborating with relevant teams on brand campaigns, communicating with brand partners, and investigating corporate partnership opportunities. The role requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in marketing/brand management/trade marketing/sales/account management and strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of marketing/brand management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge in SQL for data analysis & preparation

ABOUT THE TEAM
Trendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build strong collaborative relationships and develop medium & long-term marketing strategies with the key brand partners and ensure all the activities are actualized in accordance with the strategy in line with Trendyol GO's growth and profitability objectives,
    • Lead the development of brands' campaign and marketing strategies and reporting,
    • Monitor brand accounts’ performance against the business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
    • Contribute to growth and profitability strategies of the local commerce business through adoption of new brand strategies,
    • Leverage data and analysis for performance monitoring of brand partners and to identify growth opportunities ,in terms of retention and acquisition and develop marketing plans,
    • Measure the success of new product features after launch and report on ways for further iteration,
    • Planning data-driven strategies to make sure our features and products match with our customers' goals, expectations and ensures overall satisfaction,
    • Work together with relevant teams on brand campaigns to increase engagement, retention, win back and acquisition based on a deep understanding of Trendyol GO and local commerce metrics,
    • Be comfortable with communicating with brand partners for  performance meetings as well as to pitch Trendyol GO's brand partnership and campaign services,
    • Investigate corporate partnership opportunities for the local commerce ecosystem, prepare business plans and execute them.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Administration or related departments are preferred),
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/brand management/trade marketing/sales/account management,
    • Knowledge in SQL for data analysis & preparation is an asset,
    • Experience with food/grocery delivery, e-commerce would be an advantage,
    • Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and data driven strategic decision-making skills,
    • Self-starter with an extreme ownership mindset,
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
    • Familiarity with financial and legal structures is an advantage when working with legal & finance teams.
