This role is crucial for driving the company's top-priority projects and programs, focusing on enhancing tech stability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, adept at managing complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities include strategic compliance thinking, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing stakeholders effectively. Experience in Compliance, Finance, or Internal Audit, preferably within the crypto industry, is highly valued.

- Strong understanding of compliance risks and the ability to identify conflicts between business operations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to assess the gap between regulatory mandates and product implementation, proposing strategic solutions.

- Proven track record of identifying compliance risks and recommending practical mitigation measures.
- Ability to anticipate regulatory changes and assess their impact on business processes.
- Continuously monitor program performance, implementing improvements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
