Job Summary
Playtech Lima seeks a Portuguese Dealer with intermediate to advanced Portuguese skills and strong communication abilities. Attention to detail, emotional intelligence, responsibility, and transparency are essential. The role involves working rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (6 days on, 2 days off). Prior customer service experience (e.g., presenter, host, promoter) is preferred but not mandatory. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions within the gaming software environment, ensuring a high standard of service and adhering to company regulations and policies. Advanced Portuguese language proficiency is a must.
