AECOM is seeking a leader for its Renewables team in Sydney to contribute to their Generation and Storage business. The role involves providing strategic leadership and supervision for projects in renewable generation, gas generation, and energy storage across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, servicing clients through all project phases, and driving new business opportunities to support the company's growth strategy in the energy transition. Must have:
  • Experience in power generation and/or energy storage projects (>50 MW)
  • Experience across concept, design, and delivery stages
  • Proven background supporting major ANZ energy players

Job Description

Due to continued growth in the energy sector, we continue to expand our Renewables team and are seeking a leader to make real contributions towards our Generation and Storage business, based from our Sydney office.

How you’ll make a difference 

  • Provide strategic leadership and supervision of projects delivery, on renewable generation, gas generation and energy storage projects across ANZ.
  • Actively mentor and drive the growth of our team members through the energy transition.
  • Service clients and our team through all project phases – from early feasibility to detailed design and construction phase.
  • Drive new business opportunities and collaboration, lead work winning activities, and support our committed growth strategy in the energy transition.
