Hogarth is seeking a Presentation Specialist to design engaging presentations and content for a global client, ensuring brand consistency and effective visual communication. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing creative concepts, and producing high-quality presentations using various software like PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides, while adhering to brand guidelines and managing project delivery.
Must have:
  • Create compelling and visually engaging presentation designs.
  • Adhere strictly to client brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative concepts consistent with brand positioning.
  • Design, edit, and produce high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides, and Microsoft Word Graphics.
  • Collaborate effectively in real-time, cloud-based environments.
  • Implement and follow robust quality control and file management methodologies.
  • Proactively search for relevant stock images, illustrations, and clipart.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in large-scale professional services or B2B environments.
  • Expert knowledge of presentation graphics software (MS Office, Keynote, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with high-level stakeholders.
  • Capacity to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Expertise in ensuring timely project delivery.

What does a Presentation Specialist do at Hogarth?

Hogarth is seeking a skilled Presentation Specialist with strong expertise to support a global client. You'll design engaging presentations and content for corporate needs, collaborating with stakeholders to meet project requirements and brand guidelines. Proven PowerPoint and Keynote experience and visual communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling and visually engaging presentation designs, working within established templates or developing new, innovative presentation templates
  • Adhere strictly to brand guidelines provided by the client, ensuring all designs maintain brand consistency and integrity
  • Develop creative concepts and designs that are consistent with the brand positioning strategy and meet communication objectives outlined in the creative brief
  • Assess and determine the needs of the client to effectively portray the desired message and design, with careful consideration of target audience and desired visual impact
  • Design, edit, and produce high-quality presentations and templates using a variety of software, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides, and Microsoft Word Graphics, ensuring cross-platform compatibility (Mac/PC)
  • Collaborate effectively in real-time, cloud-based environments (e.g., Google Slides, collaborative Keynote/PowerPoint), understanding that client stakeholders may be viewing and providing feedback concurrently
  • Scan, reproduce, and retouch supporting graphics, such as logos, images, and other visual assets
  • Implement and follow robust quality control and file management methodologies
  • Proactively search for relevant and leading-edge photo stock images, illustrations, and clipart for presentations
  • Responsible for other duties and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and client initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with a significant portion gained within or for large-scale professional services firms, global consultancies, financial institutions, or similarly complex B2B environments
  • Expert knowledge of presentation graphics software, including Microsoft Office (latest edition, especially PowerPoint), Apple Keynote (latest edition), Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (latest edition), on both Mac and PC platforms
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills; proactive and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and facilitate effective communication with high-level company officers and diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capacity to navigate complex challenges and find innovative, practical solutions under pressure
  • Expertise in ensuring timely project delivery by thoroughly analyzing requirements, managing expectations, and setting precise turnaround times
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment
