Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced, technically grounded, and strategically minded Director of Product Management (or Principal Product Manager) to drive product vision, execution, and impact across a portfolio of platform capabilities and tools. You will be responsible for defining and delivering products that enable developers to build, launch, and operate world-class games with greater efficiency, quality, and speed. This is a critical leadership role that demands a blend of technical fluency, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and game teams, and partner closely with technical and executive leaders across the organization.
Must have:
  • Define a compelling vision and roadmap for the product(s) that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Translate vision into clear, actionable requirements, documentation, and user stories; oversee development and ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, design, DevOps, QA, and game development teams to align on goals, define priorities, and deliver high-quality features.
  • Leverage data to inform roadmap decisions, measure feature success, identify performance bottlenecks, and validate user impact.
  • Build interoperable features within a broader platform, with an emphasis on cloud-native capabilities such as auto-scaling, self-healing, and redundancy.
  • Engage with internal users to understand pain points and ensure the product delivers tangible improvements to workflows and outcomes.
  • Present product vision and roadmap to executive and senior technical audiences; build alignment across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, technically grounded, and strategically minded Director of Product Management (or Principal Product Manager) to drive product vision, execution, and impact across a portfolio of platform capabilities and tools. You will be responsible for defining and delivering products that enable developers to build, launch, and operate world-class games with greater efficiency, quality, and speed.

This is a critical leadership role that demands a blend of technical fluency, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and game teams, and partner closely with technical and executive leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define a compelling vision and roadmap for the product(s) that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Product Execution: Translate vision into clear, actionable requirements, documentation, and user stories; oversee development and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles across multiple product lines.
  • Strong technical background through education or hands-on work experience.
  • Proven success managing complex roadmaps across ecosystems or platforms.
  • Ability to assess technical complexity and design staged rollout strategies for feature validation and risk mitigation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and writing clear, detailed user stories and feature specs.
  • Skilled at creating and interpreting dashboards to track KPIs, performance, adoption, and feature impact.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Experience building features that leverage modern cloud architectures and DevOps/LiveOps practices.
