This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

EA SPORTS is one of the leading sports entertainment brands in the world, with top-selling videogame franchises, award-winning interactive technology, fan programs, and cross-platform digital experiences.

We are looking for a Senior QA Tester to join our EA SPORTS Madden NFL team and College Football teams. Madden NFL is an immersive, simulation-based, authentic NFL interactive experience. EA SPORTS College Football, is a top five sports title in North America that has become one of the most requested games from football fans. You will report to the QA Development Director of AFL.

Responsibilities:

• You will respond to live issues in Production, limiting impact to players and the in game economy.
• You will build working relationships with members of the development, production and design teams to help us promote a higher quality player experience through tasks such as feature planning, analyzing internal data/player data, and feature/design reviews.
• You will support us in identification of technical solutions and automation opportunities.
• You will use available tools to find, reproduce, and document issues found.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of applicable work experience in Quality Assurance.
• Understanding of a software development lifecycle.
• Experience with data in analyzing the quality of a product.
• Familiar with game platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of American Football is a plus, but not required
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Skills and Abilities:

• Design test strategies for a live service.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Understand the demands of always-on, 365 day live service titles.
