Join SimCorp's innovative Product Division as a Principal Software Engineer, focusing on fullstack development with expert frontend skills in Angular, C#, and Azure. WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

You will be joining an innovative application development team within SimCorp's Product Division. We provide a cloud native SaaS product build on Azure using modern development principles, technologies and practices.

The product, Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) has been operational for 3 years and based in client feedback and our own experience we have begun to lift the product to the next level, modernizing architecture and tech stack so we can scale DEP for a much larger audience than we can today.

This is why we need you - to help design and build a new DEP 2.0 that can support the biggest clients, asset managers, across the globe.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Feature development, fullstack development, but your expert frontend skills will often be in high demand
  • Design and Architecture: Work together with other software engineers and architect to define and refine the product architecture and roadmap
  • Guide and support other team mates to ensure the spread of knowledge and experience.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and find ways to improve the existing software
  • Participate in support activities and client communication

To thrive in this role, you are most likely a very experienced fullstack developer. You have deep expertise in the backend, DevOps and in frontend development you are considered proficient. You are an active developer, but you also like to offer technical direction and leadership in collaboration with architect and teammates when working on an architecture, a design, or just troubleshooting.

  • Proficient in Frontend development in Angular and TypeScript
