This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, supporting migration efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold data governance standards. Responsibilities include driving master data cleanup in Workday, setting up operating models, updating records in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other systems, assisting in migration projects, performing data audits, resolving discrepancies, and supporting data governance policies.

WHY THIS ROLES IS IMPORTANT TO US:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Master Data Senior Accountant to support and maintain high-quality master data across key domains including suppliers, customers, cost centers, and materials. This role plays a vital part in ensuring data accuracy, supporting migration efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold data governance standards.
What you will be Responsible for:
- Drive master data clean up within Workday
- Setup operating model and maintain and update master data records in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other relevant systems.
- Assist in master data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data processes.
- Support the implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Track and report on data quality metrics and project milestones.
- Provide support and training to junior team members and business users on master data processes.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in master data management in a finance or shared services environment.
- Proficient in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other ERP/CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleansing).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in supplier, customer, cost center, and materials master data domains
- Possesses skills in critical thinking and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
Other Requirements:
- Flexible schedule - EMEA hours
- 2x a week RTO
