Your mission

The Process and Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for designing, optimising, and maintaining operational processes specifically related to Data Centre operations, to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This role requires on-site presence in Tocancipá (Cundinamarca) to oversee quality and process management within the facility.

The position involves obtaining, documenting, maintaining, and supporting audits for certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, ISO 38500, ISO 50001, and others relevant to Data Centre Operations and the EPI framework.

Reporting to the Head of Data Centre - Colombia, the Process and Quality Assurance Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in the Data Centre environment.


What you'll do

Operational Process Design and Optimization:

  • Design and implement operational processes tailored to the Data Centre environment, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows to enhance Data Centre performance and reliability.

Certifications and Compliance:

  • Lead efforts to obtain and maintain relevant ISO certifications and EPI compliance for Data Centre Operations.
  • Ensure adherence to audit and regulatory requirements for Data Centre processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all relevant standards and implement controls for ongoing compliance.

Audit Management:

  • Plan and execute internal and external audits related to Data Centre compliance.
  • Develop corrective action plans based on audit findings and monitor their implementation.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish a robust quality assurance program, setting guidelines, standards, and performance metrics specific to Data Centre operations.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Performance Metrics and Data Analysis:

  • Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and quality.
  • Develop tools and systems to analyze operational data, supporting informed decision-making and process improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Data Centre teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and business needs.
  • Support administrative areas in optimizing workflows to ensure seamless coordination within the Data Centre environment.

Training and Culture Building:

  • Train employees on compliance, quality assurance, and certification standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance within the Data Centre.

Client Feedback and Satisfaction:

  • Collaborate with client relations teams to gather feedback, implement improvements, and ensure high client satisfaction regarding Data Centre operations.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and managing certifications/audits in Data Centre or IT operations.
  • Expertise in ISO certifications and compliance audits relevant to Data Centre operations.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow optimization, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and change management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for managing compliance in complex environments.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in both English & Spanish for collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Experience managing compliance for multiple international standards simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
