As a Process Engineer, you will be part of a global, diverse, and collaborative team, contributing to high-sophisticated compute and sensing products driving a safer, greener, and more connected future of mobility. You will be responsible for managing activities designated for project development and monitoring the manufacturing process and assembly of equipment developed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, having the autonomy to explore, have fun, and celebrate success. Responsibilities include designing solutions, ensuring project deadlines are met, ensuring the quality and safety of equipment, producing manuals, and researching new technologies. Collaboration with other departments will be required to solve problems related to project development.
Must Have:
  • Master's degree or Engineering Diploma in industrial or related fields.
  • Good problem solving, adaptation, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.
  • Fluent French and English Speaker

Position Summary

As a Process Engineer you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. In this role you will be responsible of managing the activities designated for project development and monitoring the manufacturing process and assembly of the equipment developed. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and you will have the autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way.

Your Rôle

  • Plan, organize and manage the activities designated for project development and design of devices and machinery for the industry (Board and Rob holders);
  • Design solutions for the metalworking industry, with greater emphasis on the production processes of the Wire Harness industry;
  • Ensure compliance with project development deadlines;
  • Monitor the manufacturing process and assembly of the equipment developed;
  • Ensure the quality, functionality and safety requirements of the equipment developed;
  • Produce manuals for the designed solutions;
  • Research of new technologies, materials, procedures and solutions to ensure increases in efficiency, effectiveness and quality;
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve problems related to the development of projects.
  • Ensure that the project meets the customer's requirements
  • Take into account the production processes, logistics and acquisition, of raw materials and components, to be integrated into the developments made.

Your Background

  • Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
  • Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,
  • Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.
  • Fluent French and English Speaker
