- Development of technologies for the electrical assembly of complete climate and refrigeration systems and their components.
- Market research, comparison of machines and systems, and their implementation for prototype construction and series production.
- Technical process analysis and improvement for electrical assembly in prototype construction, initial series, and series production regarding quality, efficiency, and costs.
- Implementation of LEAN Manufacturing principles for electrical assembly in prototype construction, initial series, and series production.
- Development and implementation of new processes.
- Collaboration on constructive improvements and changes to current products.
- Collaboration on new constructive developments with influence on the design regarding the selection of working techniques to reduce manufacturing time and material costs.
- Definition, training, and monitoring of compliance with specifications regarding special crimping and soft soldering processes, including customer specifications, corporate specifications, and applicable industry standards.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology with several years of professional experience; alternatively: Technician with several years of professional experience.
- Innovation orientation, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, structured way of working.
- PDM knowledge (Team Center).
