Process Engineer/Process Technologist (m/f/d) Electrical Assembly

How will you make a difference?

• Development of technologies for the electrical assembly of complete climate and refrigeration systems and their components.
• Market research, comparison of machines and systems, and their implementation for prototype construction and series production.
• Technical process analysis and improvement for electrical assembly in prototype construction, initial series, and series production regarding quality, efficiency, and costs.
• Implementation of LEAN Manufacturing principles for electrical assembly in prototype construction, initial series, and series production.
• Development and implementation of new processes.
• Collaboration on constructive improvements and changes to current products.
• Collaboration on new constructive developments with influence on the design regarding the selection of working techniques to reduce manufacturing time and material costs.
• Definition, training, and monitoring of compliance with specifications regarding special crimping and soft soldering processes, including customer specifications, corporate specifications, and applicable industry standards.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology with several years of professional experience; alternatively: Technician with several years of professional experience.
• Innovation orientation, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, structured way of working.
• PDM knowledge (Team Center).
