-Provides requesters with advice and guidance on the procurement process for IT equipment/software items and facilitates the purchases on their behalf

-Responsible for obtaining price quotations customized for each requirement

-Places the orders with suppliers and monitors delivery dates

-Assists in devising effective solutions to requesters’ defined requirements for IT equipment/software items

-Collaborates with suppliers to find alternative solutions in case of delays or availability issues

-Offers technical advice and guidance on all matters related to the end-to-end IT Procurement process and helps internal customers clarify their requirements

-Performs the Oracle related activities such as raising Purchase Requisition, monitoring the approval flow and sharing related Purchase Order

-Attention to detail: working in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner

-Customer care and service-oriented approach in dealing with peers and suppliers

-Very well organized to keep track of work done and attentive to details

-Proficient with Microsoft Excel

-Experience using Oracle platform is a plus

-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian
